Privacy and Service Agreement for Mobile Application

1. Privacy Policy

We collect the following personal information to create and manage your account and enable functionality of the Airobot mobile application:

  • Full Name – to personalize your user experience.
  • Email Address – to verify your identity, send account notifications, and provide support.
  • Phone Number – for account recovery and enhanced security.

When you connect an Airobot device to your account, we also collect:

  • Operational and Environmental Data (e.g., air quality, humidity, temperature, CO₂, VOC levels) – to enable remote control and optimize performance.
  • Device Identification Code and Connectivity Information – to link and manage your device.

1.2 Data Usage

We use your data to:

  • Improve service functionality and app experience (using aggregated and anonymized data for analytics).
  • Create and manage user accounts.
  • Link and control Airobot devices through the app.
  • Provide customer support and resolve issues.

1.3 Data Protection

  • We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data from unauthorized access or misuse.
  • Your password is encrypted; we recommend using a strong password and not sharing it.
  • While we take reasonable precautions, no internet transmission is entirely secure. By using the app, you acknowledge this risk.

1.4 Data Retention

  • Your data is stored for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
  • You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting support.

1.5 Third-Party Services

2. Service Agreement
2.1 User Responsibilities

  • All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility.
  • You agree not to use the app for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2.2 Airobot Device Integration

  • By connecting a device to your account, you confirm that you are the legal owner or authorized user of the device.
  • Remote control and monitoring rely on Wi-Fi and internet connectivity. We are not liable for issues caused by loss of connectivity or incorrect integration.
  • Device performance data may be used to optimize system behavior and support diagnostics.

2.3 Limitation of Liability

  • The app and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app or connected services.

2.4 Modifications and Termination

  • We may modify, update, or terminate services or app functionality at any time without prior notice.
  • Updates to this agreement will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the updated terms.

  • You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, as permitted by applicable laws (e.g., GDPR).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Estonia.
