a) Account Creation and Management: Your full name, e-mail address, phone number, and password will be used to create and manage your account, provide customer support, and process any account-related requests.

b) Airobot Device Integration: When you choose to add a physical Airobot device to your account, we will collect necessary data such as the device’s identification code, connection information and device working parameters like air quality data to facilitate remote control over the cloud.

c) Service Improvement: We may use aggregated and anonymized data to analyze user trends, optimize our services, and enhance the user experience.

Data Protection and Security:
a) We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

b) Your password will be encrypted and stored securely, and we recommend choosing a strong password and not sharing it with others.

c) While we take reasonable precautions, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure. You acknowledge and accept any risks associated with transmitting data online.

Third-Party Services:
a) We may use third-party services to support various aspects of our application. These services may have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

b) We will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes.

Service Agreement:

User Responsibilities:
a) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password.

Airobot Device Integration:
a) By adding a device to your user account, you acknowledge that you are the rightful owner or authorized user of the device.

b) You understand that controlling your devices remotely through our application involves sending commands over Wi-Fi, and we are not liable for any issues arising from device integration, connectivity, or functionality.

Limitation of Liability:
a) Our application and services are provided on an “as-is” basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

b) We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our application or services.

Modifications and Updates:
a) We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate our application or services at any time without prior notice.

b) We may update our Privacy Policy and Service Agreement as needed, and any substantial changes will be communicated to you through your provided contact information.

By creating a user account and using our mobile application to control your Airobot devices, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy and Service Agreement.
