A heat exchange ventilation system helps save you money!

AIRobot ventilation devices use a plate heat exchanger to recover warmth from outgoing air and use it to heat the fresh air coming in. This smart system helps you save on heating costs while keeping your air clean and healthy.

Here’s why it works so well:

  • Up to 90% heat recovery efficiency
Keeps your home warm without wasting energy.

  • No mixing of air flows
Helps prevent the spread of viruses, bacteria, and smells—unlike rotor systems.

  • Reliable and long-lasting
No moving parts means less wear and tear over time.

  • Easy to clean
Just rinse with water every few years—no tools or special skills needed.

Humidity or energy recovery (ERV) function creates a comfortable indoor climate!

AIRobot’s ERV (energy and humidity recovery) system helps create a healthier, more comfortable indoor climate—especially during cold or humid seasons.

Here’s how it works:

  • Returns up to 80% of indoor humidity
Helps keep the air from getting too dry during winter.

  • Removes extra moisture
In humid seasons, the system automatically reduces excess humidity to prevent mold and discomfort.

  • Advanced humidity recovery
Uses a special antibacterial membrane that transfers moisture between airflows without mixing them. Germs can’t grow on it or enter your home.

  • Saves energy too
Heat recovery works alongside humidity control, helping to lower your heating bills.

Enjoy comfort that fits your home. AIRobot’s smart dual-zone system doesn’t just move air around—it adjusts the whole system to work more efficiently in every room.

Daytime

By measuring CO₂ levels, AIRobot smart thermostats detect which zone you’re in and direct airflow there,  saving energy and improving comfort. If both zones are used, then aiflow will be directed to both.

At night

While you sleep, AIRobot dims down airflow to non-sleeping areas by 90% for quieter nights and lower heating bills

Adaptive frost protection

Built to withstand harsh Nordic weather, works in every climate.

When it’s freezing outside, AIRobot steps in to protect your system. It checks your home’s humidity and temperature, and if there’s a frost risk, it gently preheats the incoming air, so your ventilation keeps running smoothly, even in extreme cold.

Mobile app

The air we breathe

What’s really in the air you breathe at home?

Carbon dioxide

Indoor carbon dioxide tells us a lot about air quality. At home or in the office, CO₂ comes mainly from people breathing and any combustion—like cooking or a fireplace. Outside, CO₂ is around 0.03–0.04% of total air. But after you breathe out , it about 4% CO₂— thats 100 times more! Without fresh air, that builds up indoors.

Why it matters: CO₂ affects how you feel. High levels can leave you tired, drowsy in the morning, and struggling to focus. You might find it harder to be productive, and your sleep can suffer. Poor ventilation also makes it easier for viruses to spread.

We measure CO₂ in ppm—parts per million. Think of it as how many CO₂ molecules mix into every million air molecules. Here’s a simple guide:

  • Good (Green): 400–800 ppm
  • Okay (Yellow): 800–1,600 ppm
  • Poor (Red): Above 1,600 ppm

Above 1,600 ppm, the air isn’t healthy. By keeping CO₂ in the green zone, you’ll feel more alert, sleep better, and enjoy a healthier space. Airobot’s smart sensors track these levels continuously and adjust ventilation automatically—so you can breathe easy without a second thought.

Particulate matter

Particulate matter (PM) is tiny solid or liquid particles that float in the air. We sort PM by size because smaller particles stay in the air longer and can sneak deeper into your lungs.

  • PM10 (10 microns or smaller) can pass through your nose and throat and reach your lungs.
  • PM2.5 (2.5 microns or smaller) travels down into the tiny air sacs in your lungs.
  • PM0.1 (0.1 microns or smaller) can even enter your bloodstream.

What these particles are made of matters a lot for your health. Heavy metals—like iron, nickel, zinc, and copper—often attach to PM and cause problems. Breathing polluted air can lead to chest tightness, coughing, and sneezing. Higher levels of PM10 and PM2.5 have been linked to heart and lung disease, lung cancer, asthma attacks, and other health issues.

Indoor PM levels depend on a few things:

  • Outdoor air quality. If it’s smoky or dusty outside, those particles can drift in.
  • Ventilation and filters. Good filters and fresh air systems help keep PM down.
  • Indoor sources. Fireplaces, stoves, or candles can release extra particles.
  • Human activity. Cooking, cleaning, or even moving around stirs up dust.

Airobot’s smart sensors keep an eye on PM levels in your home all day, so you always know exactly how clean your air is. If levels rise, Airobot adjusts ventilation to bring in fresh air—so you breathe easier without lifting a finger.

Volatile organic compounds

Volatile organic compounds—better known as VOCs—are gases released into the air from everyday materials. You’ll find them in things like furniture, flooring, cleaning products, paint, perfumes, and building materials. VOC levels are usually higher in new or recently renovated homes.

Some VOCs have a strong smell, but even the ones you can’t detect can still affect your health. They can irritate your eyes, nose, and throat, and may cause dizziness or headaches.

Airobot’s ventilation unit includes a smart VOC sensor. It tracks changes in the air and calculates a VOC index—so you get a clear picture of what’s in your air, even if you can’t see or smell it. When VOC levels rise, Airobot adjusts airflow automatically to keep your home safe and healthy.

Humidity

Humidity is an important part of healthy indoor air. The ideal level is between 40–60%. When humidity stays in this range, it supports your immune system, helps you breathe better, and slows the spread of viruses.

Here’s what different levels mean:

  • Below 40% – Too dry
Can dry out your airways, irritate skin and eyes, and increase the risk of infections.
  • 40–60% – Just right
Best for your lungs and immune system. Keeps viruses, dust, and allergens under control. Feels comfortable.
  • Above 60% – Too humid
Creates the perfect environment for mold, dust mites, and bacteria. Can trap harmful chemicals like ozone and formaldehyde. Makes the air feel heavy and sticky.

Airobot’s humidity recovery system helps keep levels in the healthy zone all year round.
In summer, it blocks extra humidity from getting inside. In winter, it adds moisture back into the dry indoor air—especially important in colder climates.

Unlike regular systems that throw away all the humidity, Airobot keeps just the right amount and returns it to your home. So your air feels just right—never too dry, never too damp.
